Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
