History: Rangrim hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.
