History: Iados hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Wella has worked very hard to control her curse. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She is portly but not overly obese. Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Layabout business.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Nedda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
