Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Verin was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. Xappan was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. A friendly and beautiful Dwarf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
