Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears long strands of emerald and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is purple, silky, and of moderate length. He has silver eyes and a green hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This tall, slender man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bucklal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion.
Ideals: Philantrophist, Entrepeneur. Bonds: Mentor, Adventurer. Occupation: Mayor

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her top grey hat.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Oriff was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oriff's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
