Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Halander learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Halander has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
