Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Ar-Kaius would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ar-Kaius was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Barkeep like his father before him.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To protect her home; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a great chef.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a simple brown robe with black stripes complete with hood. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
