Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fulbar will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Euphemia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Euphemia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
