Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
