Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her white eyes peer out from beneath her top green hat.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Kallista is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Description: 4'10" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Avice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Avice reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a hand crossbow on her belt. She has a very tight haircut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Jo was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by her family
