History: Ella was born the youngest of three triplets. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
