History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She struck the Interpreter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
