History: Gifted from a young age, Rûg studied abroad. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rûg has worked very hard to control his curse. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the east. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Valafar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
