Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
