Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. Skoth abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
