History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. History: He comes from a rich southern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
