History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Neega has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. Her red crest is braided into rings. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has dyed his greying dark red hair a little too much giving a sharp dark red color. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Xappan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Xappan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
