Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. After months of barely getting by, Oppah managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
