Personality: Nissa is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
