Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a green shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His white hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: Zephan hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Crampernap was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
