Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Cecily lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Marshal, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a Doctor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Baker, but she got bored and became a Map Maker. She tends to her Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
