Description: An older woman who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her blue crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise red.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ruloth liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
