Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Seamstress business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him.
