Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Gruk is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gruk lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Gardener. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Artin grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
