Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erky was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears dull tan sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: Standing 4'2", this woman wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Motivation: Revenge.
