Description: An older man who has the majority of his body covered in plate, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Qualen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Qualen. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a shortspear on her belt. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Guard. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Healer, but she got bored and became a Guard. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of kukris on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a tan coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head. Her hair is black and very short. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Ideals: Passionate, Artistic. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Interpreter
