Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed glaive, just in case. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nalaed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Don enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is greedy

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length dark red hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His white hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant black.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
