Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Simon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Althaea isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. After a long history of fighting, Althaea and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
