Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze, and is pretty ugly. His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Jane lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. He wears his brass crest down. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
