Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pennie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pennie studied abroad. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. Her hair, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are white.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Verin lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. She has wavy beige fur. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Merchant. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
