History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Wiggens hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
