Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Mâku was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and further expansion of business

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arjhan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Arjhan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Arjhan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Arjhan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Arjhan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
