Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. River is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
