Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vepar grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
