History: Tagga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat, and her gloved hand is found clutching a nunchaku. She has auburn hair. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Avelina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She became a Doctor soon after.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
