Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
