History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shautha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shautha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
