History: He was born in the east. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Valafar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
