History: Luthra was born the youngest of three triplets. One day when Luthra was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gunter is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
