History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born into a rich family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Marigold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she has a crush on the local apothecary
