He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Apothecary business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rieta grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Hatae was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Hatae abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
