History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her hair is white and very short. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His hair is short and black. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oriax embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Oriax is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oriax was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Oriax and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Audhild was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
