Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Avice is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. A true patriot, Avice would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Avice reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Through the years after Riswynn was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Riswynn's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Skak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
