Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a carpenter again

Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a green coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His hair is short and black. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Melech was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Melech has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Melech and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Melech discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Melech fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He carries with him a set of shields, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in the north to a Blacksmith, Korfel learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
