History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Iados was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Iados's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Prosperine grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Prosperine alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
