Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a Ploughman soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
