Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His white eyes peer out from beneath his small black hat.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His golden hair is singed and shortened. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tordek's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Tordek learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vrondiss studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: 6'4" and muscular, this western woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her black hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vola grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vola. She became a Farmer soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
