Description: A 3'1" eastern man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for him, and Nelkin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarah embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Sarah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sarah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.
History: Felosial lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Felosial was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Felosial's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
