History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second son.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
