Personality: Althaea is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Eldeth has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
